tortoise speed service

<p>A parcel was sent to me on the 6th of September 2016 via the post office. Expected delivery time was 10 days but it has been over a month and all the post office staff have to say is that it is being cleared at customs since the 28th of September plus no one ever answers the phone at the clearance place ( ********** /1 try it for yourself). I am not sure why it is taking so long to just receive a pair of shoes but DHL has been by far the best in receiving long distance parcels. I suggest they get these shoes to me asap or they might as well return them back to the UK. This is by far the ****tiest service I have ever received and the first and last time I use this company</p>
