Told to file a report, parcel ******

I've been emailing the post office on a regular basis to find out about a few parcels coming from China. Since February 2015, i have only received 3 out of 8 parcels. 5 remain \missing'. The problem with the parcels is that because it is sent from China as a normal letter/parcel
