To anyone who is actually working

My package arrived at capemail (goodwood) on 06/07/2015 and was last scanned on 09/07/2015, a week ago. my previous package was at JHB Int HUB for 3 weeks! Trying to contact anyone at the post office via email is absolutely useless as all my emails get ignored. My tracking number is RE***SE. Why is there always a problem???
