This Post Office should be shut down!

I go to the post office regularly as I get parcels delivered, but I have reached my boiling point with the bad service we receive at the Tsakane mall branch. On any given day, there is only one person working while the rest of the staff are walking around eating chips. They have no regard for elderly people and they have no seating area either. How is it possible to spend over two hours waiting for assistance with so many people working there. The manager is clueless and so is the rest of the staff.<br> Something needs to be done about this. This is completely ridiculous!
