this parcel is taking too long to get cleared.

I have a parcel that came in from the US,which landed here on the 5 AUG.since then this parcel is still awaiting clearance at JIMC.i have asked for this parcel to be tracked and JIMC Customer Services told me that it is awaiting clearance and gave me a number to call that only rings!!!!.<br> I have a tracking number which is RI***ZA,and the SAPO still has not got my parcel.<br> what really irks me is that no one is answering that phone in order to give you any info on the parcel.
