This lady needs a raise

I had to trace a parcel that had the wrong tracking number given to me, and I ended up phoning the Welobie Post Office in Gauteng, spoke to Martha. What an efficient and professional person, she was super helpful and even phoned me back once she got the details I was looking for. This was a refreshing change for the SA Post office, that has in recent years to put it bluntly, become totally useless, and I think they need more people like her in their employ.
