This is *****!!
The postoffice manager at boksburg north Poppie Chandukani was *********** and did not know how to do the transaction or to book in my international parcel. This resulted me to pay twice for the transaction. Poppie Chandukani did not want to refund my money and said i must go to my bank. I have now struggled two weeks to get my money from boksburg north postoffice and manager Poppie Chandukani. I still have not received my money and Poppie Chandukani does not want to assist me further. This is *****!!

29 Sept 2020, 09:05I received a phone call from Monique Jansen promising to attend to this query. My money has still not been paid back to me Monique Jansen is just another employee from Capitec with empty promises. Monique Jansen never followed up with me!!
