Things missing from my package
I sent a box with clothes from Durban Greyville branch to Virginia in the Free State. When the receiver got the box not all the items which I had sent were in there. When I tired to inquire with the post office no one has a clue on what happened. I have even tried to send an email to their customer complain nothing. I tried their number and I must say it is the worse sharecall ever. I kept on hold for 12min.
