So this is my third complaint, the parcel I sent, that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of APRIL, is still missing, close to six months later (sent via counter to door) . Can you tell me when you are going to action my claim? I've phoned and mailed so many times and no one can or will assist me??? You loose people's valuables, or your staff decides it belongs to them and no one can take ownership and assist me? <br> I am convinced now that it was ******, seeing that no one is willing to give me an answer - I hope you can sleep at night!!!!
