they refuse to pay out

<p>i opened a bank book about 20years back n i lost t within 2 year after activating it and it had about R500.00 so now am trying to claim back my money with the interests accumulated and they(MR Sillo Mohapi ***) dont want to help me even after i gave them my full details reason beng i lost the book and i dont have the account number. please assist</p>
