They have no understanding of customer service

I went to have a parcel couried to KZN. I get to the lady who tell me they do not have the plastics to put the parcel in, I must make a plan and get something to put it in. Her attitude and unwillingness to assist is shocking. I asked for her manager and some white woman came who says she was on sick leave and there is nothing she can also do.... Quite shocking and glad my interaction with the Post Office is very very minimal. You are not doing us a favour as we pay for the service. <br> Will never again use the Post Office Courier Service
