They don't to give me my parcel

<p>Post office does not want to realise my parcel because I used a nickname instead of full name on my ID. I have every proof (tracking sheet etc) to show that this parcel belongs to me, even the sender of this parcel did confirm on an email. I went the Yesterday and I was told that their system is offline yet there's customers walking in and out to pay their license and some to collect their parcel "yet their offline". I was given an attitude and walked out on, talking about people who are taking their customers for granted and not doing what they are hired for, which is to help us.</p>
