They do get it right once in a while

I have had many battles with the post office in the past. Packages gone missing, packages lying at the airport, incorrect duties calculated. Its been bitter! But once in a while when the post office does get it right, it must be commended. My package was shipped from the US on the 31st October 2019, usually it would take a month if not more to get here. The US post service also has issues. But my package arrived at my local post office on the 14th November 2019. I give them a 4 start because the duties were a bit high, but that's a fight that would leave my goods stuck at the post office for 3 months. They are sorting out some deliveries, they just need to train the customs people.
