Theft Rampant at HUB and I have proof !

Simple, I ordered 218 packages (Since March 2017) ranging from a simple letters to a shoebox size. I received 182. I have now waited 3 months and none coming forth anymore. Now what ? Even REGISTERED post. All I get is "Eisch I dont know", "Sorry Sir, nothing here" Africa at its best! ***** before someone else gets a chance to ***** it....
