THEFT /LOSS OF REGISTERED ITEM BY POST-OFFICE

I bought two sets of bluetooth headphones from china at end May. It took 6 days to get from China to JHB international by registered post . It then took 20 days to get from JHB to Witpos. Then on the 6th of june Witpos sent the unit to the Bertsham post office. I received traking notice and went on three occasions to Bertsham to collect my parcel. Each time I was told that it had not arrived. I then askjed for them to check their documents and I have a photo of the waybill from Witpos to Bertsham and a hand written note next to my reference number - item not reveived.

So the only thing that I can deduce is that the item was lost, ****** of grew its own legs from the Witpos to Bertsham.

I have logged as call for an investigation...I feel it is simple, interogate the driver on the 6th June and ask where it is ???

I am still waiting for feedback from Witpos Investigation ???
