Theft at the Post Office

So on Monday 16/05/2022 someone by the name of Mathabela called on my cell phone number to tell me that I can come collect my parcel (RU***NL) at the JIMC in Kempton Park. I went there on 17/05/2022 to collect the parcel as agreed, but what happened next is a total shock. I paid the custom amount which was due and was given my "parcel", the parcel was torn and tempered with and was stapled together, I declined to take the parcel as it was tempered with, I then asked to speak to the the manager to complain and some guy by the name of Calvin came through and as expected he was not helpful. I then asked the guys to check my other parcel (RU***NL) and they confirmed having recieved the parcel. I was that I could not get that parcel as it was under investigation for what, i don't understand. My question is, after so many complaints how is that all these issues are over -looked and no one takes accountability. They had the audacity to tell me that I will be compensated for the error, and they forget that it's not only about the money, it's about the parcel itself I hope that someday whenever that is, someone from the SA Post Office will call me and provide feedback.
