Theft at SA Post office customs

Pathetic service and theft at the post office customs. Any items bought from overseas must land at sa post office customs only for whatever you buy to be ****** by the staff. Staff can see the parcel has landed at the depot but no one knows where the package is. There is no accountability, it seems like theft is the norm with no one will to help locate and find out what happen to my package. It is really disappointing to know this is what our country has come to.
