THEFT AGAIN?????
OMG!!! My gift to a friend has just totally disappeared!! Tracking and tracing paid for, Postage paid, 3 - 5 working days delivery assured .
But after being logged in, THERE'S NO TRACE (NOR ANY TRACKING)!!!!

I contacted the post office branch from which I had sent the parcel (clearly ought to have done that first).
The manager tracked the mistake on the label, AND PHONED ME BACK, TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS FOLLOWING IT!!!

I'm hoping that we keep our Post Office Manager for many years, and that he goes on to become Post Master General in years to come.
