I bought a Ben Sherman watch in Australia through a friend who lives there and she sent it via post office, I collected the parcel at the Ladanna post office in Polokwane on the 15th September 2017, and when I got home and opened the box had no watch but only the watch packaging. I am very disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism in the post office because this is the second incident that I experienced. earlier this year I ordered travelling bags online and I never received them at the post office they told me the parcel was collected in cape town.

SA post office please get your act together and investigate this matter, get rid of all the ******* that you guys have hired because we cannot keep loosing money like this. I WANT MY WATCH!!!!!!
