the worst terrible and rude contact centre service and my parcels still not delivered

<p>I have experienced the worst, I called for so many days with no answer from the contact centre, when finally they answered the phone i was rudely told that my parcels have arrived but not cleared and i must wait for another month for them to be cleared and the lady dropped the phone in my ear before I could even ask more questions, when i checked the parcels through track and trace I saw that one of them was sent back because i did not collect yet i was told that i must call after a month, I am so worried about the rest of my parcels that will be sent back due to the post office non compluiance. I have 5 parcels including the one I have allegedly lost already and all these costed me a lot of money</p>
