The worst service ever!!!!

I'm honestly disappointed in the service I received at the katlehong north post office (or rather, a lack there of). The employees of this here ***** office are ***********, leaving the elderly unattended and those that are in a rush to wait hours on end.

I am appalled at the fact that they don't know what customer service is, sitting on their phone and claiming up be busy. Also the security,(name Seefo) who is meant to be a bridge for those who need help and those who offer help isn't even interested in being of any help.

I hope my review will be taken to heart by those that are in power at this post office and either train or replace this staff with the necessary people who will have the zeal to do their work.
