The worst Postal Service ever including PostNet

I worked around the globe. I had to deal with post offices in a lot of countries. Even in other african states like Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania etc. Ukraine, Russia an all over Europe . In South Africa I came a cross the worst postal service ever experienced. The tracking Tool is a total **** tool. I wait now over 1 month for a small parcel from Germany. ...From Berlin via Frankfurt to Johannesburg 2 days! From JHB to Cape Town it is now over 1 month!!! Can one explane this? This is so frustrating to deal with this clowns!
