The teller stole my goods at post office

Good day. I am xoliswa ntoba residing at Bluewater bay. About a month ago I went to Bluewater bay post office in port Elizabeth after I received notice that my goods are in the post office. I arrived there the lady told me that their eft machine is not working they only take cash as I have to pay for my goods. Then she advise that I can come back anytime for the rest of the staff she will keep them. When I went there on the 29th of July the same teller that told me she will keep my goods told me that they have sent it back to wish so I lost my good that I paid for just like that. I could not believe what I was hearing I then reminded her that she told me she will keep my goods as it was not my fault that their EFT machine was not working. I was never given a proof that my goods were send back its just a word of month which makes me think that they took my goods because if they send the back were is my proof..
