The South African Post Office Service

I have 3 packages, which I am waiting for, for the past 3 weeks.<br> <br> Tracked the packages online via a tracking website, the 1st parcel has travel to and from the Industria PO and the Hub, I haven't received any notifications, when I call them they tell me the package isn't there, 2nd parcel is at the Orlando PO also haven't received a notification, I went their Saturday (16/05/15) & they were closed due to load shedding which wasn't the case. 3rd package has been in transit for nearly 2 weeks.<br> <br> When I call Orlando PO on *** there is no answer, when I call the Central JHB PO on *** it also just rings.<br> The PO Call center is worse, the lady keeps on telling you we en-devour to answer your call but 30 minutes later she is saying the same thing.<br> I even sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 08th of May 2015, and guess what no response <br> <br> I need to know where my parcels.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Amanda Volker
