It's barely functional and as inefficient as can be. It boggles the mind how they're still being used to ship parcels. Parcels ordered on e-commerce sites like AliExpress are exclusively shipped to the local Post-Office, which causes its own list of issues. Chief among which is the fact that they can charge you an additional fee on top of the shipping you've already paid. Second is the security risk, I nearly got ****** trying to collect a parcel from the Fordsburg branch. AVOID.
