The service from the top of government seem to have filtered right down

<p>Server hangup</p> <p> </p> <p>That is the error message when one tries to track an international parcel on the website of these oh so efficient government officials' website.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems it has been "captured". Not my a certain family, but by sheer mediocrity and uselessness!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Because trying to get through to the call centre is like getting free access to Nkandlaaaaaa!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!</p>
