<p>One has to wonder to what pathetic service levels this Government organisation will sink to before the new CEO is fired - because the difference he has made is 100% NEGATIVE!!!!!</p> <p>Here are the Tracking details of the first of my parcels which reached the country on 17-12-2016, was then sent to the Cape Mail Hub (instead of being delivered to Crowthorne Post Office, where I live in Johannesburg) and now, since the 13-01-2017 is listed!</p> <p>After weeks of enquiries I still have no idea if the parcel still exists, has been lost or ******???
