The reason nobody wants to use the S.A. Post Office anymore..

So, a parcel was sent to me on 14 August 2020

Today is 11 September 2020, still not received my parcel nor collection note. [[Track and Trace RC***ZA]]

Ok, so I was amazed to find out that you can't just phone a Post Office branch, and good luck trying to get through on the Customer Service Tel no.

Ok, so last week I was informed my parcel is @ P****long post office. This is according to the official track and trace information from the S.A. Post Office. So. I've obviously not received a collection note, and decided to phone P****long Post Office.

Was I surprised to LEARN that they closed down PERMANENTLY!! Yes, I've learned this from Google, apparently the Post Office (Track and Trace) didn't knew that.

So, for the whole of this week I just tried to find out where I can collect my parcel. I'm not asking much, I just want to collect my damn parcel. ZERO response in this regard.

Pathetic. Never again! I'll user any other service in future, just not the POST OFFICE
