the post office in benmore. kill me now

I'd prefer to renew my car licence at the Sandton City post office but they don't do that anymore, sadly.<br> <br> So it's off the Benmore. Firstly, it took 15 minutes for the staff to realise that none of their computers were working... and another 10 minutes to log in.<br> <br> After 5 years of renewing my licence this way (because have you been to the licencing department?), I'm now told that certified copies of IDs are no longer accepted. It's certified... by the police.<br> <br> I was then told to go to the licencing department if I didn't like it.<br> <br> The look on the post office staffers face screamed \help me - I'm ***********". Could I ask the manager for help? No... she was too busy pacing up and down with her morning protein shake.<br> <br> Honestly the worst experience ever. If this branch closed tomorrow and the staffers were left destitute"
