The Post Office from hell

I was disappointed at the treatment i got as i wanted to get money. My DI was passed on from one employee too another the taller that was serving me was rude and aggressive i even fold him that he is in my face and when i asked for his name he told me no and that i must go with my funny ID and hurled insults at me as i walked away. When i asked his colleagues for his name and management the said they. Could not help and i must wait out side and i stood for a long time no one called the manager .they said i got my money so why don't i go im disappointed and taking this further because i feel a they need to apologize.
