The National Post Office of South Africa is a ****, ***** and is Corruped by lazy South Africans

I sent my parcel from the Netherlands to SA and the tracking app from PostNL (Netherlands) said that it left the NL on 30 December 2020. I then used the 'ParcelApp'to track it from SA. The app showed that the parcel was in the country by the 13th of January 2021 and that the estimated delivery was 18 January 2021.

I called the Post office 10 days after the estimate delivery date (because ofcourse they didn't deliver my parcel) and I was told that it was indeed in the country at the International Depot in Johannesburg. So I asked the agent to please brief me on the processes and stations that the parcels had to pass through before it reaches the recipient. So the agent went on to say that it moves from International Depot in Johannesburg - Tswane Post Office - then the local post office (where the recipient lives).

I was then told that there is a 2 - 3 months delay and that this was all due to COVID. I was not surprised, because even before COVID the national Post Offices' service has been so poor, you get overcharged for parcels and they take millions of years to deliver your parcel. Now they seem to use COVID as a blanket to cover their laziness and ******* behaviour of their servants. I am not saying that all public servants behave this way, but there is a multitude of public servants in Post Office who just don't care about actually doing their job!

How do you expect someone to wait for a parcel and keep in mind 2 - 3 months delay? Why are you guys still in business? Please tell me and the rest of South Africa please because I don't understand.

I called in this week again, and now I was told that the 'parcel is not in the country' according to the Post Office records (LOL), I just died! How can one agent say one thing a week ago, but another agent says another thing after a week has passed?

Something fishy is going on here and I would like to know where my parcel is, it is that simple!

POST OFFICE, where is my parcel?!?!?!??!??!?!?! Where is it, such a simple question and you guy just run around the bush? Where is ti?

Your service is a clear reflection your disciple to the job, and it is so frustrating to count on a service like you, but nevertheless, I want my parcel to be delivered to the recipient, so where it is?????
