My parcel was last tracked on the 10th of March 2022. Since I need my parcel earlier I called to find out where my parcel is only to be **** to and told it's on its way the next day. I called to confirm the next day only to find out my parcel is still at JIMC. I spoke to almost 8 agents and only 2 of them were honest. I now organized for a courier to fetch it but they fail to even give me details as to how I can pay for customs online and send them the required documents. I want my parcel asap
