The most appalling service I have ever recieved

My name is Tswakae & today I received the most appalling services EVER from the Vanderbijlpark Post Office!<br> <br> I wanted to post a few documents and when I asked the consultant if I can purchase 4 fastmail envelopes she told me they were out of stock (with the most disgusting attitude). I kept quiet and then asked her if she had any idea when they will be in stock she responded by saying she doesn't know, probably in 2016!<br> <br> How do you employ such people? I myself work with people in Home Affairs but I never speak to people like that. The branch was empty and there was no need for her to speak to me the way she did. She was very rude and didn't care whether the documents I wanted to post were of importance or what. All she had to say to me was to apologise on behalf of the branch as to they are out of stock and help me with solutions as to how do I post these documents with the outmost urgency because now I am sitting with these documents here and have no idea how to post them.I plan on following this matter up with the relevant people because I feel we do not deserve such treatment when we pay for these services.She didn't even wear a name tag and the manager was out of sight!
