The lost parcel

I ordered a package three months ago. Each and every day I would check four different tracking sites to check on my parcel with had to arrive within the first month of ordering it. I contacted the post office multiple times and all they told me was they have a back-log.

A few days ago I contacted them again and they told me the package hasn't arrived yet.

Two different stories within two weeks.

I emailed them once again, three days ago and still have had no reply.

Pathetic service indeed.
