The horrible sa post office

Tracking number PE912 572 478 ZA this parcel was sent to me by my mom from Cape Town to Johannesburg , on the 2nd of January 2019 she was told that I will definitely get the parcel on the 8th or 9th of january but today it's the 15th and the parcel hasn't arrived actually we are told that they don't know where the parcel is exactly. This is soooo frustrating as no one is able to assist. The post office headoffice and both post offices inpromenade and olifantsfontein day therer is nothing they can do. I will never use the post office as we are very disappointed and I've completely lost my trust on them.
