The Height of Incompetence!

The height of incompetence! I have NO CLUE how to get hold of ANY Post Office. I call the call center, nobody answers. Ive sent 56 emails to what is probably a ghost email account since nobody responds! I've even tried to call individual Post Office branches to no avail! I mean I didn't have high expectations from a South African government service but this is just unfathomable! How does our Postal service even operate like this? I dont understand how its ok to operate a service in this manner when I literally bust my a** at my job so that I can make a decent living! Do the employees who work there just not care? Because it seems like slacking off is being rewarded in South African government services! All I need is my Local South African tracking number on a parcel that came from the Netherlands!
