The Black Hole in Joburg Mail Centre.

I am trying to locate a parcel that landed in Joburg on the 7 June!! RU ********** 84NL. I have been met with endless, "hold the lines" and not to mention a Joburg Mail Hub (where the parcel supposedly is) which doesn't answer phones and never responds to e-mails. The SA postal system is like a black hole and if a parcel goes missing, no one seems ready to help AT ALL. My livelihood depends on the packages I receive and sometimes my clients make the mistake of thinking that SA postal system is reliable like their postal systems overseas. Can anyone from Joburg Hub, customs, SA Post, anywhere please HELP ME as I'm not easily peeved but am being utterly ignored!
