The best service I ever got ...

Thank you to the staff from Weltevreden Park Post Office. The first time I experienced excellent service...when closing my PO Box. Three years in a row no notification, just a lock inside the PO Box. No response on a complaint, no response on the follow-up, parcels missing constantly (read ******), no notifications when something arrives, staff not 'finding' letters and parcels, nobody picking up the phone...<br> Today I closed my PO Box, taking a special days off from work. I got the best service ever, friendly, efficient and got even my key deposit back!!<br> Thank you SA POST OFFICE, from now on I will be a loyal client with Postnet and DHL/other courier services as your reliability has let me down for years. This ex loyal customer does not want anything to do with you anymore. Wishing you well and keep on digging your own grave. Have another great strike and as result retrench. <br> Oh, and on the radio, SA got voted the worst and rudest public service delivery country in the world and JNB ranking the dubious list of cities in the world. Well done for the GREAT JOB!
