The Baddest Service from Our Post Office!

Hello I am Fredelene and i have been having problems with our Post Office (SALTVILLE POST OFFICE -PE) for months now whenever i have to collect a package. They never answer their landline and they're always closed when i do get there. I have to take time off from work to collect my packages and i don't have anyone to collect it for me, and most importantly, i don't have a car. So i must rely on public transportation or ask someone to take me there. Only to find a closed door ...without any "notice" on the doors. I always worry that my packages will be lost if its not collected within that 21 days. I have even asked people on a FaceBook Page to find out if the Post Office is open, sothat i can go. Yet NO RESPONSE from anyone. I dont know why!!!! Almost feel like a "cover-Up". And this is the ONLY Post Office that's in our Area, (BETHELSDORP) that i can go to, which my packages are being sent to, but i hate the struggle..every time! If only they could communicate, by just picking up the phone and letting us know are they open, if not, then when. I keep wasting my money on publuc transport and my time! Their landline is forever ringing and their doors closed for weeks. How am i suppose to get my stuff??? This is the baddest service I've ever experienced in my life and I'm tired of it. Please Help.
