The backlog is NOT OUR PROBLEM ..SORT IT OUT!

I am one of thousands of customers who are waiting for parcels. I had been doing my Christmas shopping from June 2014. From that period to December I should have got 40 parcels. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. <br> The one parcel I really want is at JIMC last scanned 15/16 January 2015. GUYS PLEASE.... A month from Russia to South Africa... (half way round the globe) and almost a month to travel 650 km. No, sorry, almost a month NO MOVEMENT in ****TY AFRICA. Parcel RA***RU / RI***ZA If I were to be closer I would have go there and curse the living **** out of you guys. <br> LIKE THE REST OF SOUTH AFRICA....I AM NOW FLIPPEN AT THE END OF MY ROPE. <br> Do not give me a response, GIVE ME MY FREAKING PARCEL. DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT BACKLOG AND IT IS BEING PROCESSED. Get the damn thing out there and sent it along. <br> 7 Freaking MONTHS......!!!<br>
