Thanks Rebecca at Sunnyside Post Office!

This review rating is purely in recognition of the sterling service rendered by Rebecca and her colleague at Sunnyside Post Office.

I have just spent an entire unsuccessful week trying to get a post office in Pretoria South/East to get my 84 year old, disabled aunts SASSA card unblocked. None of the post offices I visited or called would assist. This morning I woke my aunt up at the crack of dawn as I was determined to sort the matter out, even if it meant we had to drive to neighbouring towns. I ended up at Sunnyside Post office and thanks to an angel by the name of Rebecca, against all odds, granny's matter was finally attended to. Thank you Rebecca for understanding , especially regarding granny's disability during these scary Covid times - we appreciate your service, be blessed!

To the indian lady who was manning the queues at Elardus Park, the black lady answering the phone at Faerie Glen, the white lady answering the phone at Centurion, the 2 black gentlemen who would not assist me at Hatfield post offices, all I can say is "thanks for nothing, I rest easy though knowing that karma will deal with you".
