Thank you THANDO!! Excellent staff member!

I had to write in and ensure that Thando gets praised for her excellent service. The Post Office is often an unpleasant place to visit - long queues, grumpy staff etc. But not at Gillitts, KZN, not with Thando there. She blew me away with her personable approach, her suggestions regarding the box I wanted to post, and just generally being an absolute pleasure. *I wish more postal workers were like her.* She genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me. It wasn't a c**** for her. She made a drastic difference to my day just by her pleasant and professional attitude.<br> <br> I hope the manager of the branch as well as the others in the hierarchy of the SA Post Office recognise this excellent employee for what she is worth.<br> <br> Again, thank you Thando!
