Terrible terrible service !!!!!

Terrible service, Great Disappointment. I made use of a registered mail on June 24th from CPT to JHB. I am unable to track my parcel, the recipient has not yet received my mail. I am also unable to track my parcel, somehow the tracking number doesnt exist. Im assuming my parcel is still at my local post office. Wasted 50 rands of airtime this morning local post office doesnt pick up my call as well as the customer service line. This mail is very important to me. Unbelievable that the service is so poor, within the next 13 days it would mark a month since i registered my mail.
