Terrible South African Post Office service

My parcels have been in the Johannesburg international mail centre for almost 6 months now. The post office tracking for international parcels does not work and I have been sending emails of which I get no replies to and calls are not picked up. At this point I don't know what to do, the South African post office has the worst service ever.
