Terrible SLOW Service

SA Post Office customer service is terrible and delivery time of international parcels must be the slowest on earth! I received notification that my parcel had arrived in SA at the begin of Oct 2017 and has not moved since then (7 weeks later!!). I have emailed their top management including their CEO and still no assistance or interest.
