Terrible Service, Spiteful behavior

I am shocked at the service I just received from the Wierda Park post Office. I have collected multiple parcels at this post office with "little" hassle, but today took the cake. Previously I was told I cant use my wifes drivers license and must bring bring our marriage certificate - Today I was refused my wifes parcel because her driver license expired. I then showed them our marriage certificate and I was told its not allowed. I then provided my wifes old ID(As the new one was ******) and I was told that its not valid because its got a mark on it.

Unfortunately 2 of the 3 didnt want to help me - the 3rd lady that wanted to help me, was told that she will be reported if she helps me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she went home - Directly after they spoke ? Im shocked at this kind of attitude, and cant help but feel that this was a racially motivated situation.

I had other parcels to collect at Raslouw Post office and I got no issues what so ever. I was not even asked for my wifes ID, they used mine!

I just wish these 2 ladies would be taken to book and fired for not even doing the job they are paid to do.
