Terrible Service SA Post Office

It has been over a week and still no reply to the two emails I have sent requiring information about my parcel which has still not been delivered, it's taken nearly 3 months. When I sent the first email, I was informed that I would be contacted within 48hrs, but still no contact and after sending a second email, I am still waiting. I was given a phone number to call by the Grahamstown Post Office, no answer - after phoning about 11 times, I chose to stop.

I just want a reply to my email so that I can find out details regarding the whereabouts of my parcel, I am very disappointed with their service.
