Terrible Service, Package Stuck In Transit, Durmail Hub

Hi, I posted my package on the 14th of June and it is still not at the Post Office in Durban. After weeks of waiting, the tracing status finally showed In Transit from the Durmail hub, but it's been stuck on that status for days now - this does not make sense, is the driver still on road, really ?! PE***ZA
