Terrible service from Vryhied branch !!!

The branch in Vryhied gave me a very poor service in fact it was terrible .called the office in order to track for the parcel the are delivering for me but the guy (Sbu Dladla)who was assisting me was not able to track for it .i do not know whether he was failing to use the system or just being ******** .He took my tracking number and said he was searching left me on the phone for like 15minutes with out any come backs on whats going on .

after seeing that this is taking a while i then dropped the phone called again and asked for the manager named by Meler or Nelly not sure .she took the tracking number and said she cant see where exactly is the parcel, if am asking her about the last update of the parcel she told me that it was at there deport ,i then asked for that deport contact details she refused to give them to me because she says she dont have she the did the same saying she is giving the phone to the person who was helping me and also left me hanging for like 20minutes .

This are very important documents and i truly need the .if i can get the where about of the consignment i can take it from there .
