Terrible service from the post office!

The service is absolutely pathetic. I have been trying to get hold of the JHB International Mail Hub the whole morning. They simply don't answer telephones! I have been expecting a package from the US. The first package they mailed got lost. Now, the second package can't be traced!!! According to the USPS tracking tool, the package sit at the International Mail hub. Out of desperation I phoned all the telephone numbers on SAPO's website and eventually got hold of a guy at Speed Services Courier. He said that based on the tracking number, the package is impossible to trace!!! He suggest I phone my nearest post office to see if I can find someone who is willing to assist!! Tried phoning the Marshalls Town post office and no-one is answering the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous. The unemployment rate in SA is so high, one would think that the people who still have jobs would actually do their job!
